1. The service

Sober Suite is operations software for recovery residences. It is not an electronic health record and does not deliver clinical care. Your organization is responsible for how it uses the records it keeps.

2. Accounts

Every person has their own login. Shared credentials are not permitted. The organization owner manages staff access and is responsible for removing access when someone leaves.

3. Subscription and billing

Billed monthly per organization, with add-ons per additional house and per extra named seat, as set out in your written order. Additions prorate; reductions apply from the next cycle. Payment processing, paid SMS and unusual storage are disclosed separately. Cancel anytime.

4. Your data

Your organization owns its data. We process it only to provide the service. The owner may export all of it at any time in JSON and CSV with documents.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and with respect for residents’ dignity and privacy. Do not attempt to access another organization’s data or circumvent role permissions.

6. Termination and export

On cancellation you keep export access for a defined hand-over period, after which data is deleted under the documented retention job unless a legal hold applies.
